Between Dieppe and Veules-les-Roses, the beautiful path along the cliffs around Varengeville-sur-mer. The impressionists loved it a century ago, and we still do too!

Poppy was away for the weekend so it was just Pete and I and only two trolls. So we took our bikes to Gällstaö, although the sky looked a bit threatening. We did get a bit wet, but that was not going to stop us - we had packed raincoats :-) Lovely encounter...

Between things and stuff, I am still managing to do a bit of sewing. This time, a stripy top with an interesting selvedge. Handy to be able to show it as my piece of fabric was a little too short otherwise :-)

Our house still looks a bit like an Ikea flat-pack but it is taking shape: we can see the different rooms, the pipes, where the walls will be set. The concrete-pouring phase is planned for next Thursday. Slowly but surely...
