The last time we came to Lundhagsbadet the weather was warm and the water inviting. A bit different today: pretty chilly temperatures (-3) and a frozen lake. Still great to sit by the sandy beach and have our picnic. Very quiet. And the ice-cream kiosk...

On the lake again
To our surprise the lake's skating path was open again this weekend, apparently the ice is still 20cm thick. Very smooth and shiny, with a good layer of water on top, as the truck had removed the snow a few hours earlier this morning. Lili took Poppy...

Too much time indoors, I have to keep myself and the girls busy. Today Poppy felt up for it so we baked yummy chocolate chip cookies, New York style. Ve-ry nice! Lili was glad to eat them too... Plenty left for the boys though, they would otherwise never...
